Penne, rigatoni, fettuccine, linguine, spaghetti marinara, meat sauce, Alfredo, vodka sauce or primavera

Chicken Marsala
Sautéed chicken breast with Marsala wine and mushroom sauce
(All pricing is for full trays. Ask for half tray pricing.)

Chicken Fontina
Chicken breast stuffed and rolled with fresh spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes and Fontina cheese

Roasted Tenderloin of Beef
Sliced and served with a wild-mushroom demi-glace
